Robert J. Luna, CIMA, serves as Chief Investment Officer for Kisner & Associates. He is also a General Securities and Options principal and a member of the Investment Management Consultants Association. Robert earned the designation of Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) through The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He holds the NASD series 7, 4, 24, 65, and 63 licenses. He has also completed advanced courses in risk management, financial planning, and modern portfolio theory through the College of Financial Planning.

Robert has over 11 years of experience in managing assets for institutions and high net worth investors. Robert’s background includes positions as a derivatives expert, proprietary trader and technical analyst. He has been heard on KFNN financial talk radio in Phoenix AZ as well as KNUU in Las Vegas.  In addition, he has served as contributing editor for various financial media sources.

Robert brings institutional quality asset management to clients through quantitative and value based portfolio management.  He lives in Scottsdale with wife Mia and daughter Bella.
